I am currently a volunteer senior patroller at Stratton Mountain resort, starting my patrol career there in 2005 as a new candidate. I became involved in teaching as an instructor for the OEC in 2008 and moved on to enroll in the senior OEC patrol program in 2018. I completed this portion of the senior program in the same year and moved on to the senior toboggan program in 2020. I completed this portion of the senior program in 2021.
I’ve worked with the Eastern Division leadership to move into an IT/TE role in conjunction with the senior program development. As I’ve worked with this division and my local patrol, I’ve maintained a busy work schedule in NY as a full- time physician and Managing Partner of a medical group.
I was elected in 2020 to the position of President of the Board of Directors at the Stratton Mountain Urgent Care/Carlos Otis clinic at the base of the resort, a position that I still maintain.
I currently serve as the Southern Section Chief for the NSP Southern Vermont Division, a role that I look forward to continuing with your support for another term.
